Membership Plan Disclaimer: Please note: This is a dental savings plan, not dental insurance.

The in-house membership plan offered by Halo Dental Atelier is available exclusively through our office and is valid only at this location. It cannot be used at other dental offices, for referrals to specialists, or for any hospitalization or hospital-related services. This plan is not insurance and cannot be combined with dental insurance or any other discount programs. However, if a patient has already used their annual dental insurance benefits, they may choose to enroll in this plan to receive continued treatment at a discounted rate.

Membership coverage begins on the date full payment is received and remains active for 12 consecutive months. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether the included services are used. It is the responsibility of the member to schedule and complete all eligible services within the 12-month term. Any unused services will not roll over into the next year and will not be reimbursed. Plan rates may be reviewed annually and are subject to change with prior notice.

All charges for services not covered under the membership plan—including certain procedures, lab fees, or cosmetic treatments—as well as any outstanding patient balances, must be paid in full at the time of service. This plan is designed to make quality dental care more affordable by providing savings on preventive and restorative treatments offered at our office. It is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act.
